Colin wanted to climb the tall ladder.

Then Gwyn wanted to wave to him.

So Kevin also wanted to go up the ladder.

Gwyn did too, but she didn't go as high.

2016 Christmas Lists

I had ordered this sticker to give at Christmas. But Kevin opened it and handed it to me in front of everyone. So I got to put it up right away!

We made pretzel reindeer!

Many of them were mutants.

One of the rare times I think the boys look alike.

The kids had two Star Wars Lego Advent/Countdown calendars. So the kids hid little holiday Lego characters everywhere. I loved it.

Christmas morning - we asked the kids to get a picture with their favorite Santa gift.

We tried to get a picture of the kids opening their letters from Hogwarts. We thought they would be so excited about finding out that we were going to Universal Studios for Spring Break. (A secret we had struggled to keep for months.) They really didn't care. They were so overwhelmed with all of Christmas that this was one more thing for them - although it was a very big thing. But they were too young to really get that.

I LOVE this fireplace. We hardly got to use it this winter, with it being so warm. We now look at our oversized pile of firewood with contempt.
