Every week they get closer to playing a game. Last week the kids had some one-on-one matches. Being a competitive spirit, Kevin did his best to win. And he did score two to nothing on the other kid. Unfortunately had this been a real game, there would have been some yellow cards for him. I won't say he was pushing, but he was definitely using his hands and body to block out the other player.

First Soccer Practice
Kevin signed up for his first sport, Soccer. He was very excited, especially when we got him shin guards. When we signed up it was in the park closest to our house. Then they changed the time and location so it is a little bit of a hassel for us, but still worth it. The first few practices were nothing but skill drills. Kevin was a little sad he didn't get to play in a game the first day, but we explained you have to start with learning how to play.

Never take the aggression away from his play. I'm so glad to see him playing soccer and he's left footed at that. Let me know when his games are...
So far no games. We have to sign him up for a different league. We will let you know when we get some! (Just scrimmaging and learning now...)
So fun! I can't wait for Hannah to play soccer. :)
